Common pricing questions.
Do paid plans renew automatically?
No. Monthly and annual plans are one-time purchases for the selected access period. They do not renew automatically.
Do family members receive their own login?
No. Family members are records managed by the workspace owner and do not receive separate login access.
How many scans are included with Sona?
Sona Grow includes 10 AI-assisted bill scans and 0 Studio credits.
How many scans are included with Sona Plus?
Monthly Plus includes 2 AI-assisted bill scans per paid month, with 1 Studio credit per workspace. Yearly Plus includes 30 scans and 10 Studio credits upfront for the paid access year.
How many scans are included with Sona Pro?
Monthly Pro includes 4 AI-assisted bill scans per paid month, with 1 Studio credit per workspace. Yearly Pro includes 60 scans per workspace and 10 Studio credits per workspace upfront for the paid access year. Each workspace has its own allowance; balances cannot be transferred.
Which plans include bulk jewellery upload?
Bulk jewellery upload from Excel (XLSX) or CSV is included with annual Sona Plus (50 jewellery rows per workspace) and annual Sona Pro (150 per workspace) per paid year. Each jewellery record counts as one row. Monthly plans and Sona Grow do not include bulk upload. Import records are reviewed before confirmation.
Do unused monthly scans roll over?
No. Unused included scans and Studio credits expire at the end of the paid month. A new monthly purchase provides a fresh allowance. Purchased Studio packs are separate from included plan allowances.
Can I buy more Studio credits?
Yes. Extra Studio packs are $1 for 5 additional Studio credits in the workspace where you buy the pack. Credits cannot be transferred to another workspace.
Can I continue without paying?
Yes. Sona Grow includes essential bill, ownership, beneficiary and family-record features.
Are AI results final?
No. AI creates a draft that should be reviewed and corrected before saving.
