Terms of Use

Ghar Ka Sona is a record-keeping service for jewellery, gold, bills, photos, family ownership, beneficiaries, storage locations, installments, and related notes.

Ghar Ka Sona does not physically protect jewellery, verify that jewellery exists, prove ownership, or replace secure storage, insurance, legal documents, or professional appraisals.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and email account secure.
• Workspace owners and admins are responsible for inviting the right people and removing access when it is no longer needed.
• Family members listed inside a record do not automatically get app login access. App access is managed through workspace membership.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of names, bills, photos, weights, purity, amounts, ownership, beneficiaries, possession, storage, and notes entered into Ghar Ka Sona.
• Upload only documents, photos, and personal information that you have permission to store and share.
• Do not upload payment card details, bank credentials, government ID documents, or information unrelated to your jewellery records unless you have a clear lawful reason.

AI bill extraction is assistance only. It can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You must review AI-created draft records before relying on them.

Gold prices, summaries, and any valuation-style information in Ghar Ka Sona are indicative. They are not investment, insurance, tax, legal, appraisal, financial, or valuation advice.

• Do not use Ghar Ka Sona for unlawful activity.
• Do not upload information you do not have permission to process.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, workspace, documents, signed links, or records.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or misuse invitations, exports, or file upload features.

Access may be suspended or terminated if an account is used for abuse, unauthorized access, unlawful uploads, security attacks, repeated policy violations, or activity that risks harm to other users or the service.

Current deletion tools are limited. Purchases can be hidden from normal screens through soft deletion. Documents can be removed from the database and the app attempts to remove the stored file. Family record deletion marks a workspace as deleted when allowed.

Ghar Ka Sona does not currently provide self-service full account deletion or a guarantee that deleted information is immediately removed from all provider backups.

Ghar Ka Sona is provided as a software record-keeping tool. It is not a legal, tax, investment, insurance, appraisal, valuation, custody, or physical security service.

No online system can guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete security, guaranteed privacy, perfect deletion, or error-free records.
