What information does Ghar Ka Sona collect?
We process account and workspace details, the jewellery records and files you provide, plan and payment information, and technical data needed to operate the service. The sections above explain each category.
How do you keep my information secure?
Workspace permissions, private file access and server-managed AES-256-GCM encryption for new private uploads and selected fields work together. It is not end-to-end encryption, and no online service can promise absolute security.
Do you sell my personal data?
No. We do not sell personal information. Only the account owner can access a workspace. We disclose information to service providers for the purposes explained in this policy, and where required by law.
Do you use cookies?
Yes. Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, workspace selection, security and preferences. Anonymous QR redirect totals contain no IP addresses or user agents. Optional QR approximate city/country, device and source reporting, browser estimates and signup attribution, plus Vercel analytics and performance measurement, require Allow analytics. QR daily deduplication records expire after two days; optional browser cookies and attribution tokens expire after 30 days, and aggregate reports after 400 days. Optional analytics load only after you choose Allow analytics, and you can change that choice later.
Where is my data stored?
We use cloud database, private file storage and hosting providers. Other configured providers may process selected information. Processing locations depend on the provider and configuration; we do not promise storage only in your country.
Can I export my jewellery data?
Available export and backup tools let the workspace owner download records, subject to the plan. Downloaded copies are outside the application’s access controls, so store and share them carefully.
Can I delete my data?
Use record deletion or account deletion in settings, or contact us. Legal retention and backup cycles can limit immediate deletion of every copy.
